"I think about people as a combination of thoughts, feelings and behaviors. I like to think of each of these as the corner of a triangle. When any part of our life is distressing, the triangle is out of balance. The work of therapy is to help reestablish this balance. Fortunately, thoughts, feelings and behaviors affect one another; so no matter where we intervene, we can readjust the triangle."
"As a clinical psychologist, I bring 20 years of experience and training to our partnership, as well as an integrative theoretical approach and a variety of clinical techniques. As we work together, we will address negative thoughts and behaviors, communication and emotional expression with the ultimate goal of making positive change."
